TEXT ORDER: On July 22, 2025 the Court denied the Motion to Request Counsel and Dismissed the Complaint and granted the Plaintiff leave to renew both Motion within twenty-one days. See 07/22/2025 Text Order. The Plaintiff did not file. On October 14, 2025, the Court sua sponte extended the deadline another fourteen days and warned that failure to file would result in dismissal of the case without prejudice. See 10/14/2025 Text Order. To date, the Plaintiff has not filed anything in this case. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice and the Clerk is directed to enter judgment and close the case. Entered by District Judge Jonathan E Hawley on 10/31/2025. (BMR)
