TEXT ORDER: On July 16, 2025, the Court denied the Plaintiffs Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis and noted that the Plaintiff disclosed a monthly income of $4,500 along with some lesser expenses that do not appear to prohibit her from paying the filing fee in this case. See 07/16/2025 Text Order. Accordingly, the Court directed the Plaintiff to pay the filing fee within twenty-one days or this case would be dismissed without prejudice. Id. To date, the Plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice and the Clerk is directed to close the case.
