TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 9/8/2025. On July 25, 2025, Plaintiff filed this case under 42 USC Section 1983, alleging a violation of his Constitutional rights. However, Plaintiff did not pay the required filing fee, nor did he move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. That same day, the Court entered an Order advising Plaintiff that he must either pay the filing fee, in full, or he must move for IFP status before he may litigate this case. On August 6, 2025, the Court received Plaintiff's motion seeking leave to proceed IFP in this case. On August 19, 2025, the Court granted Plaintiff's motion and send a copy of that Order to Plaintiff at the Livingston County Jail where Plaintiff indicated that he was incarcerated. However, the Court received its August 19, 2025 Order returned to it as being undeliverable on August 22, 205. That same day, the Court entered an Order giving Plaintiff fourteen (14) days to provide his current address to the Court, and the Court warned him that, if he did not do so, the Court would dismiss this case. The Court's August 22, 2025 Order was also returned as undeliverable. As of today, Plaintiff has not responded to the Court's Orders, nor has he complied with Local Rule 163.(K) that requires him to provide his current address. Local Rule 16.3(K) requires every pro se plaintiff to inform the Court of any change of address that occurs during the pendency of his case. Failure to comply with this Local Rule results in the dismissal of the case. Id. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the Court's Orders and with the Court's Local Rules, in that, he has not kept the Court informed, in writing, of his current address. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE based upon Plaintiff's failure to comply with Local Rule 16.3(K) and with the Court's Orders. No judgment to enter. (KE)

TEXT ORDER granting #3 Petition to Proceed In Forma Pauperis entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 8/19/2025. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(b)(1), Plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of $17.83. The agency having custody of Plaintiff is directed to forward the initial partial filing fee from Plaintiff`s account to the Clerk of Court within 30 days of this order. After payment of the initial partial filing fee (or immediately if no funds are available for that payment) the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall make monthly payments of 20 percent of the preceding month`s income credited to Plaintiff`s account to the Clerk of Court. Income includes all deposits from any source, including gifts. The agency having custody of the plaintiff shall forward these payments each time Plaintiff`s account exceeds $10, until the filing fee of $350 is paid in full. The Clerk is directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff`s place of confinement, to the attention of the Trust Fund Office, and to Plaintiff. Prisoner Prepayment due by 9/18/2025. (KE)

TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 7/25/2025. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $405 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $405 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914.
