October 7, 2025 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER: On August 22, 2025, the Court entered an order allowing Plaintiff 21 days to either 1) pay the $405 filing fee, or 2) move to proceed without prepayment of fees. The Court warned that failure to comply without good cause would result in the dismissal of this case without prejudice. Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or moved to proceed without prepayment of fees. Because Plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee within the allotted time as ordered by this Court, the Court dismisses this suit pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) without prejudice.
