ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 10/14/2025. The Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to allege properly that he is under an imminent danger of serious physical injury when he filed this lawsuit. As a result of this finding, Plaintiff cannot proceed in forma pauperis in this case based upon his three-strikes status under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, and he cannot proceed in this case based upon his restricted filing status imposed upon him by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. 28 U.S.C. Sec 1915(g). Because Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee in this case and because he has not paid the fees that he owed from prior cases as noted by the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, this case is CLOSED. Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED. All other motions are denied as moot, and all scheduled hearings are vacated. If he seeks to re-open this case, Plaintiff's motion to re-open this case must be accompanied by payment for all of the filing fees that he owes, including the filing fee in this case. Otherwise, the Court will summarily deny his motion to reopen this case. See written order. (KE)
