TEXT ORDER entered by Chief Judge Sara Darrow on January 14, 2026. When opening this case, Attorney Jeffrey M. Linihan classified it as seeking to bar or mandate statewide or nationwide enforcement of a state or federal law and, accordingly, it was put into a district-wide assignment pool per Civil Local Rule 40.1(E)(4)(b). But this case does not seek such relief, so it is not subject to district-wide assignment. The case must be assigned to a judge in the appropriate division. See id. at 40.1(E)(4)(a). The complaint arises out of events in Pontiac, Illinois which is in Livingston County. Accordingly, Peoria is the appropriate division. See Civil LR 40.1(D). The Clerk is directed to reassign the case accordingly. (LN)
