TEXT ORDER: The Plaintiff's #1 Complaint lists as Defendants the Director of the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services in Springfield, Illinois and the Director of Driver Services for the Illinois Secretary of State in Springfield, Illinois, both of whom are sued in their official capacities. The Plaintiff's address is in Orland Park, Illinois which is within the Northern District of Illinois. Springfield is in Sangamon County within the Springfield Division of this Court. See Civil LR 40.1(B). The Plaintiff filed this lawsuit in the Peoria Division of this Court, he did so without explanation, and nothing in the Complaint indicates any of the alleged events arose in this Division. The Clerk is accordingly directed to TRANSFER this case to the Springfield Division of this Court. Entered by District Judge Jonathan E Hawley on 3/12/2026. (KZ)
