The Court finds that Plaintiff is not indigent for purposes of 28 U.S.C. 1915, and his petition to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is DENIED. Plaintiff shall pay the $405.00 filing fee within 21 days of this Order. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice.(SAG)
