OPINION entered by Chief Judge Michael P. McCuskey on 7/29/09. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: (1) The judgment of the Bankruptcy Court is REVERSED. (2) This case is remanded to the Bankruptcy Court with instructions to grant the Bankruptcy Trustee's M otion for Turnover in regards to the $2,037.50 of wages earned by Mr. Koeneman but not paid to him prior to the bankruptcy filing.
