Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File An Amended Complaint 19 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Pl aintiff's Motion is granted to allow Plaintiff to file an amended complaint naming only Dash Management, Inc. as a Defendant but is denied to the extent that Plaintiff has attempted to raise claims based on age. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss 14 is DENIED as moot. This case is referred to Judge Bernthal for further proceedings. See written order.
