May 4, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 9 MERIT REVIEW OPINION: Pursuant to its merit review of the Complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A, the Court finds that Plaintiff states a constitutional claim for indifference to his serious medical needs regarding his heart/cardiovascular condition. The clerk is directed to add Chad Kolitwenzew, Chief of Corrections for Kankakee County, as a Defendant. The clerk is directed to terminate John Doe 2 (the Sheriff) and the Jerome Combs Detention Center. The clerk is directed to change the name of Defendant "Chief Judge John Doe Doctor" to "John Doe, Doctor." The clerk is directed to enter the standard order granting Plaintiff's in forma pauperis petition and assessing an initial partial filing fee, if not already done , and to attempt service on Defendants pursuant to the standard procedures. The Clerk is directed to enter the standard qualified protective order pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. SEE WRITTEN OPINION. Entered by Judge Sue E.
