Padilla, 524 U.S. 426, 435-36 (2004); 28 U.S.C. 2241, 2243. Section 1406(a) of Title 28 of the United States Codes allows a district court to transfer a case filed in the wrong venue to a district court inthe proper venue. Therefore, the Court finds it in the interests of justice to transfer this civil action to the Southern District of Indiana where FCI Terre Haute is located, before any further action is taken.
