Plaintiff has filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis #3 , attesting that he has no income whatsoever. His jail trust fund ledgers, which cover a two month period, reveal deposits of $615.00. Plaintiff's petition is, at best, in error and, at worst, fraudulent. Plaintiff's petition to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED. Plaintiff will have 30 days in which to pay the $400 filing fee or submit a corrected petition identifying his sources of income. Failure to do either will result in the dismissal of this case, without prejudice.(JS, ilcd)
