On January 28, 2019, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #9 that consists of a letter a series of papers that appear to show that Plaintiff owes money to various creditors. Plaintiff must submit a Motion that certifies, under penalty of perjury, that her financial information is true and correct. Thus, Plaintiff's current motion is insufficient to show that Plaintiff is unable to pay the filing fee. The Motion #9 is DENIED. The Court notes that Plaintiff's Original Application to Proceed without paying fees or costs #2 was in the proper form. This is the form Plaintiff should complete and submit to the Court for consideration. The Court notes that Plaintiff's petition should be as detailed as possible so that the Court may accurately assess her financial situation. Plaintiff is given until the close of business on February 12, 2019, to resubmit her petition. (Miscellaneous Deadline 2/12/2019) (SKR, ilcd)
