If Plaintiff seeks to amend her Complaint, she must file a Motion to File Amended Complaint and attach the new amended complaint in its entirety. TEXT ORDER Entered by Magistrate Judge Eric I. Long on 1/29/19. On January 28, 2019, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #9 that consists of a letter a series of papers that appear to show that Plaintiff owes money to various creditors. Plaintiff must submit a Motion that certifies, under penalty of perjury, that her financial information is true and correct. Thus, Plaintiff's current motion is insufficient to show that Plaintiff is unable to pay the filing fee. The Motion #9 is DENIED. The Court notes that Plaintiff's Original Application to Proceed without paying fees or costs #2 was in the proper form. This is the form Plaintiff should complete and submit to the Court for consideration. The Court notes that Plaintiff's petition should be as detailed as possible so that the Court may accurately assess her financial situation. TEXT ORDER Entered by Magistrate Judge Eric I. Long on 1/29/19. On January 8, 2019, the Court entered an Order #8 denying Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and granting her leave to file an amended complaint. On January 18, 2019, the Court again reminded Plaintiff that she already had leave to file an amended Complaint. Accordingly, the Court will construe Plaintiff's January 28, 2019, filing #8 as her Amended Complaint. The Clerk is directed to docket #8 as Plaintiff's Amended Complaint.
