After its review, this court concludes that Plaintiff's complaint is frivolous and fails to state a claim on which relief may be granted. Plaintiff's Petition #1 is DISMISSED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis #5 is DENIED as moot. This case is terminated. (TC, ilcd) |
