TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 6/4/2019. On April 15, 2019, the pro se Plaintiff filed a complaint, but failed to either pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP). #1 . The Court advised Plaintiff his case would be dismissed if he did not either pay the $400 filing fee in full or file an IFP motion within 21 days. See April 22, 2019 Text Order. The Courts order was returned to the Clerk of the Court noting Plaintiff was no longer at the address he provided, but Plaintiff filed a notice of address change a few days later. Therefore, the Court extended the deadline to May 22, 2019. Plaintiff was again admonished if he did nothing, his case would be dismissed. See May 8, 2019 Text Order. The deadline has come and gone, and Plaintiff has filed nothing further with the Court. Therefore, this case is dismissed in its entirety without prejudice for failure to follow Court orders and failure to prosecute with due diligence pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 5/8/2019. - Pursuant to the April 22, 2019 order, the Court will extend the deadline for Plaintiff to either pay the $400 filing fee in full, or file a complete motion to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) with accurate financial information and a copy of the requested trust fund ledgers.
