TEXT ORDER entered by Magistrate Judge Eric I. Long on 6/26/2019. On June 24, 2019, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 requesting leave to proceed within prepaying fees or costs. Plaintiffs Motion #2 , states that he receives disability or worker's compensation payments, but fails to indicate the amount of these payments. The form Plaintiff completed clearly states "[i]f you answered 'yes' to any question above, describe below or on separate pages each source of money and state the amount that you received and what you expect to receive in the future." Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion #2 is DENIED. Plaintiff shall pay the filing fee or file a more detailed In Forma Pauperis application by the close of business on July 17, 2019.
