TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 9/1/2020. On August 5, 2020, the Court noted that Plaintiff had failed to sign his complaint and petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff was given 21 days in which to provide signed copies of these documents. Rather than filing a complete complaint, Plaintiff has filed a one-page exemplar of his signature. This will not do. Plaintiff will be given a final opportunity, within 14 days in which to file a complete signed complaint and complete signed petition to proceed in forma pauperis. If he does not do so, this case will be dismissed with prejudice, for failure to follow the Court's orders.
