TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 10/13/2020. On 8/31/20, the Court noted that Plaintiff had neither paid the $400 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff was given 21 days in which to act and advised that the failure to do so would result in dismissal of this case without prejudice. Plaintiff has not complied and will be given a final opportunity, within 10 days, to either pay the filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis, providing trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. If he does not do so, this case will be dismissed without prejudice.(SAG, ilcd)

TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 8/31/2020. Plaintiff has filed a Complaint but has not paid the $400 filing fee nor filed a petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Within 21 days of the entry of this order, Plaintiff must pay the $400 filing fee in full or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis with attached trust fund ledgers for the last 6 months. Failure to comply without good cause will result in dismissal of this case without prejudice, and the Plaintiff will still be responsible for payment of the filing fee. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1914.
