MERIT REVIEW AND CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER entered by Judge Harold A. Baker on 4/15/2021. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: 1. Pursuant to its merit review of the Complaint under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, the court finds that the plaintiff states an Eighth Amendment claim for deliberate indifference to a serious medicalneed and a Fourteenth Amendment claim for failure to take adequate steps to protect his private medical information against Defendants Ek, White, and Dupree. Any additional claims shall not be included in the case, except at the court's discretion on motion by a party for good cause shown or pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15. 2. This case is now in the process of service. 3. The clerk is directed to enter the standard qualifiedprotective order pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability andAccountability Act. 4. The clerk is directed to terminate Defendants Larson and Chacon. 5. The clerk is directed to attempt service on Defendants Ek, White, and Dupree pursuant to the standard procedures. 6. Plaintiff's Motions for a Temporary Restraining Order and to Show Cause #7 #9 are denied. 7. Plaintiff filed a Motion to Request Counsel #4 . Plaintiff's motion #4 is denied with leave to renew.
