Plaintiff has since been released and has filed another petition to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's petition to proceed in forma pauperis is denied #7 because Plaintiff does not explain where the $5,000.00 went. Additionally, Plaintiff lists rent, utilities, child support, and car insurance as recurring expenses, but he lists no income. Plaintiff does not explain how he pays these expenses without income.
