The following deadlines are set: initial disclosures due 6/30/21, amended pleadings and joinder of parties due 12/31/21, Phase 1 discovery shall be completed by 3/31/22, Phase 2 discovery shall be completed by 12/30/22, Plaintiff's deadline to disclose experts and provide expert reports is 9/30/22, Plaintiff shall make experts available for deposition by 10/28/22, Defendant's deadline to disclose experts and provide expert reports is 11/30/22, Defendant shall make experts available for deposition by 12/30/22, discovery closes 12/3/22, case dispositive motions due 4/29/23. Plaintiff's motion for class certification due 1/23/23, Defendants responses in opposition to Plaintiff's motion for class certification due 2/22/23. Plaintiff's reply in support of his motion for class certification due 3/8/23. The court stresses the importance of adhering to the schedule and procedures for requests to extend the schedule.
