This case is stayed pending the resolution of the appraisal process detailed in the parties contract. The Court directs the parties to file a Status Report by 12/20/21. The Court directs the Clerk to administratively close this case. See Thomas v. Wardell, 2020 WL 1042627, n. 3 (7th Cir. March 4, 2020) (Administratively closing a case moves it to a courts inactive docket, while the court retains jurisdiction for purposes of future activities on the case.)
