TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sue E. Myerscough on 1/12/2022. Plaintiff's motion for an emergency injunction to stop Menard Correctional Center from allegedly interfering with his mail is denied #5 . The Seventh Circuit has directed that "until Smith has paid in full all outstanding fees in the district court and in this court, the clerks of all federal courts in this circuit will return unfiled any papers submitted either directly or indirectly by or on behalf of Smith." Smith v. Maloney, Appeal No. 18-3499 (7th Cir., 1/23/2019 Order.) Plaintiff has not demonstrated that he has paid all outstanding fees owed to the district and appellate courts.
