TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 2/18/2022. Plaintiff filed a complaint but did not pay the filing fee or file a petition to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). The Court directed Plaintiff to pay the $402 filing fee or file an IFP petition with his trust fund ledgers for the past six months. The Court informed Plaintiff that failure to comply without good cause would result in the dismissal of this case. Plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's Orders or request a timely extension of time before the expiration of the imposed deadline despite mailing Plaintiff the required form. The Court also informed Plaintiff that he must notify the court of any change of address or telephone number #2 . The Court's review reveals that Plaintiff has been released from detention, but he failed to provide the Court his new address as instructed. Accordingly, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint with prejudice for his failure to prosecute his case by complying with the Court's Orders. See Tartt v. Nw. Cmty Hosp., 435 F.3d 817, 822 (7th Cir. 2006) (holding that dismissal under Rule 41(b) for failure to prosecute "amounts to a final judgment on the merits for res judicata purposes").(KE)
