TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 8/16/2022. Petitioner has filed a Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #2 , indicating that he cannot pay for the cost of this litigation and requesting the appointment of counsel. Petitioner did not, however, include the prisoner trust fund ledger as required under 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2), nor did he substantiate any efforts to obtain counsel without intervention of the court. Petitioner has 30 days from the date of this order to either: (1) pay the $5.00 filing fee or (2) file the required trust fund ledger from his correctional institution or jail showing he is not financially able to pay the $5.00 fee. If Petitioner does not do so the Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #2 will be denied and his Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus #1 will be dismissed without prejudice.
