On November 9, 2023, Plaintiff filed a Complaint and a Petition to Proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP Petition"). On November 16, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff's IFP Petition and directed him to pay the $402 filing fee in full within 21 days and warned Plaintiff his case would be dismissed without prejudice if he failed to do so. (See Order, Doc. #5 ). To date, Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee. This case is DISMISSED without prejudice. Plaintiff remains responsible for paying the filing fee in this case. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment.(ANW)
