TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Colleen R. Lawless on 11/15/2023. The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Petition to Proceed in Forma Pauperis ("IFP") #2 . Plaintiff filed her Complaint #1 and an IFP Petition, indicating that she received $1,108 monthly in disability or worker's compensation payments with no financial debts. Accordingly, because Plaintiff had not shown that she is impoverished, the Court DIRECTS Plaintiff to pay the $402 filing fee within fourteen days of the entry of this order. See Merritte v. Templeton, 493 F. App'x 782, 784 (7th Cir. 2012) ("A litigant wishing to proceed in forma pauperis must show that he is unable to pay required filing fees."). Failure to comply will result in the dismissal of this case without prejudice. (KE)
