It indicates that both Plaintiffs reside in Jasper County and that the acts or omissions giving rise to Plaintiffs' claims occurred in Jasper County. Jasper County is located within the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. Therefore, because none of the claims arose within the Central District of Illinois, the Clerk is directed to transfer this case to the Southern District of Illinois.
