Judge Long granted Plaintiff 14 days in which to refile the motion. More than three weeks have since elapsed, and Plaintiff has neither refiled her motion nor paid the required filing fee. Therefore, Plaintiff's Complaint #1 is DISMISSED without prejudice. This case is terminated. (RES)
