TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Michael M. Mihm on 4/21/2025. On 3/28/25 the Court entered an order denying Plaintiff's request for IFP status, due to his litigation history including three or more frivolous lawsuits or appeals. The Court allowed Plaintiff 14 days to pay the balance of the filing fee. The Court warned that failure to comply without good cause would result in the dismissal of this case. To date, Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court. Because Plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee within the allotted time as ordered by this Court, the Court dismisses this suit pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) without prejudice for failure to prosecute and failure to follow Court orders. Chapman v. Yellow Cab Coop., 875 F.3d 846, 849 (7th Cir. 2017); Little v. Moon, No. 18-2813, 2019 WL 1964601, at *2 (7th Cir. May 2, 2019). Judgment to enter for Defendants. (KE)
