TEXT ORDER Entered by Magistrate Judge Eric I. Long on 8/1/2025. Plaintiff has submitted a Complaint and filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #2 . Plaintiff did not, however, submit the proper Application to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees or Costs. Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion #2 is DENIED with leave to refile in 21 days. When Plaintiff refiles his Motion, he must complete and submit the application form in its entirety. In addition, to be considered, Plaintiff must fill out and supply the Court with completed summons and U.S. Marshals service forms (USM-285) for each defendant being sued. Failure of Plaintiff to complete and return the forms within 21 days will result in summary dismissal of the Complaint, without prejudice. The Clerk is directed to provide Plaintiff with copies of the forms and Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs.(AEJ)
