ORDER Entered by Chief District Judge Colin Stirling Bruce on 5/28/2026. IT IS ORDERED: 1. The Clerk is DIRECTED to convert this case in a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2254 and add the Habeas Attorney General as a party for purposes of service; 2. Petitioner shall show cause as to why his petition should not be dismissed for his failure to exhaust his remedies in state court through a complaint for order of mandamus. Petitioner shall do so within thirty (30) days of this order. Failure to respond timely may result in the dismissal of this action; and 3. Petitioner's Motion for Counsel (#4) and Petitioner's Motion for e-Filing (#5) are DENIED, and Petitioner's motion for expedited consideration (#6) is GRANTED to the extent that the Court has promptly preliminary reviewed this Petition.
