Partial summary judgment is entered in favor ofDefendants John Sanders and John Gee and against Plaintiff James F.R eimer on Count II of the Amended Complaint and Demand for Trial byJury. With respect to Count I, the Court finds, pursuant to Federal Rule ofCivil Procedure 56(d)(1), that Defendant Gee did not use excessive force inconnection with trying to get Plai ntiff Reimer out of the squad car at theShelby County Sheriff's Department/Shelby County Detention Center.
