The clerk of the court is directed to enter judgment infavor of Defendants and against Plaintiff. All pending motions are deni ed as moot (d/e's 101-105), and this case is terminated, with the parties to bear their own costs. All deadlines and settings on the Courts calendar are vacated. 2. If Plaintiff wishes to appeal this judgment, he must file a notice of appeal w ith this Court within 30 days of the entry of judgment. Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(4). A motion for leave to appeal in forma pauperis should identify the issues Plaintiff will present on appeal. See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(1)(c). The Court's judgment is altered to reflect the dismissal of this case with leave to reinstate upon the restoration of good time credits lost as a result of the disciplinary ticket issued May 24, 2009.3) Defendants' submissions show that Plaintiff's good time at issue in thi s case has been restored in full.
