SUMMARY JUDGMENT OPINION: The Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 105 is GRANTED in part, and DENIED in part. Clerk is directed to dismiss Defendants Haage, McAdory, Angel, Zimmerman, Keller, Parsons, Reardon, and Maloney with prejudice . A final pretrial conference is scheduled for August 3, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. The clerk is to issue a writ for the Plaintiff's participation in the video conference.
