SUMMARY JUDGMENT OPINION: Defendants' Partial Motion for Summary Judgment 88 is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Clerk is directed to terminate Defendants Funk, Gooding, Hodge, Tredway, Storm, and Strubhart. A final pretrial conference i s scheduled for May 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. The clerk is to issue a writ for the Plaintiff's participation in the video conference. The Plaintiff and Defendants shall appear in person at trial. A jury trial is scheduled for June 13, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the U.S. Courthouse in Springfield, Illinois. No writs to issue at this time.
