Filing 9 MERIT REVIEW OPINION entered by Judge Joe Billy McDade on 04/24/2015. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: 1) Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) and 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. Plaintiff sha ll have 28 days from the entry of this order to file an amended complaint on the issue of the Eighth Amendment conditions-of-confinementclaim related to the outbreak of infectious disease. All other claims are dismissed. Failure to file an amended co mplaint will result in the dismissal of this case, without prejudice, for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff's amended complaint will replace Plaintiff's original complaint in itsentirety. Accordingly, the amended complaint must contain al l allegations against all Defendants. Piecemeal amendments are not accepted. 2) Plaintiff's Motion to Amend Complaint 7 is DENIED. Plaintiff did not include a proposed amended complaint and sought only to inform the Court of the name of the medical contractor at Sangamon County Jail.
