Defendant's Motion in Limine (d/e 15 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Motion in Limine Nos. 1 and 4 are GRANTED. Motion in Limine Nos. 2 and 3 are DENIED. The Final Pretrial Conference remains set for January 5, 2018. The parties shall be prepared to discuss whether the trial should be bifurcated, which may resolve some of the issues raised herein.
