Filing 57 OPINION BY TOM SCHANZLE-HASKINS, U.S. Magistrate Judge: The Court directs Plaintiff to file by June 30, 2017 a revised motion for partial summary judgment on Count III of the First Amended Complaint that complies with all the requirements of Local Ru le 7.1(D)(1) regarding summary judgment motions and includes all the material that Defendants believe is pertinent. Allen shall respond 21 days after service of the revised motion in a manner that complies with Local Rule 7.1(D)(2) and includes all the material that Allen believes is pertinent.
