OPINION: Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim and as barred by absolute immunity pursuant to 28 U.S.C.§ 1915A. The Court will afford Plaintiff the opportunity to amend his complaint if he beli eves he can state a claim. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint, if any, on or before June 26, 2017.
