Filing 15 OPINION: For the reasons stated, Defendants' Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss the Complaint (d/e 11) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The individual Defendants are dismissed without prejudice. The Title VII and ADEA claims remain pending ag ainst The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army shall file an Answer on or before January 24, 2018. In addition, the Court RECONSIDERS Plaintiff's request for the appointment of counsel.
