The Clerk will docket and file the counterclaim (d/e 81 -1). The motion of Counter-Plaintiff Francisco Sepulveda and Counter-Defendant Drivers Management to dismiss count II of Counter-Plaintiff Francisco Sepulveda's counterclaim against Counter-Defendant Drivers Management, LLC (d/e 83 ) is GRANTED.
