MERIT REVIEW ORDER entered by Chief Judge James E. Shadid on 7/10/2018. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: 1) Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed as a violation of Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 2) The Court will allow Plaintiff an opportu nity to file an amended complaint clarifying her claims in compliance with this order. 3) The amended complaint must be filed within 21 days or on or before July 31, 2018.
