The Court has directed that this case be opened solely for purposes of making a record. Plaintiff's request for assistance is denied because the Clerk does not cash any checks for parties. Additionally, to the extent Plaintiff is challenging incidents which have occurred or are occurring in Texas, the Central District of Illinois is not the proper location to make that challenge.
