February 25, 2019 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER: On January 28, 2019, this Court entered an Order #4 dismissing Plaintiff's Complaint without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. The Court granted Plaintiff up to and including February 11, 2019 to file an amended complaint if Plaintiff believed he could establish jurisdiction. Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Therefore, the Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment dismissing this case without prejudice for lack of jurisdiction. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. THIS CASE IS CLOSED.
