The complaints in 3:19-cv-3014, 3:19-cv-3015, 3:19-cv-3016, 3:19-cv-3017, 3:19-cv-3018, 3:19-cv-3019, and 3:19-cv-3025 as well as the cases removed in 3:19-cv-3001 and 3:19-cv-3020 are dismissed with prejudice and any motions filed by Grant therein are denied;Grant sanctioned in the amount of the $400 filing fee in each case in which it is required; Grant is barred from filing further civil suits in this District in accordance with Support Systems International v. Mack, 45 F.3d 185 (7th Cir. 1995), and any papers he submits in cases where he is the Plaintiff will be returned unfiled until he pays all outstanding fees he owes related to the cases filed in this District.
