TEXT ORDER: The Petitioner's motion for permission to use admissions of fact as a discovery tool #3 is DENIED. The Court notes that Petitioner has not yet filed a Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence under Title 28, United States Coder Section 2255. Under Rule 6 of the Rules Governing Section 2255 Proceedings, "[a] judge may, for good cause," authorize discovery. The Petitioner cannot establish good cause for discovery without filing a motion.
