Plaintiff discloses income of only $80 to $100 dollars a month. His prison trust fund ledgers, however, indicate that he has received $1,795.00 in the past six months and, on 6/4/19, spent $763.74 in the prison commissary. Plaintiff's petition is at best, in error and, at worst, fraudulent. Plaintiff's petition to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED. Plaintiff will have 30 days in which to pay the $400 filing fee or submit a corrected petition fully disclosing his income. Failure to comply will result in the dismissal of this case, without prejudice.(SAG, ilcd)
