TEXT ORDER BY RICHARD MILLS, United States District Judge: On November 20, 2019, this case was removed from the Illinois Circuit Court for the Seventh Judicial Circuit, Sangamon County, Illinois. Pending is the Plaintiff's motion to dismiss Nicole J. Mirocha, D.O., M.S., with prejudice and the United States of America without prejudice. The motion #6 is GRANTED. Nicole J. Mirocha, D.O., M.S., was previously dismissed as a party. The Court notes the dismissal of Dr. Mirocha was with prejudice. Respondent in Discovery United States of America is dismissed without prejudice. The Plaintiff's unopposed motion to remand #4 is GRANTED. The Plaintiff's first motion to dismiss #3 is terminated as moot. Because the Court no longer has jurisdiction over the subject matter, this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois. The Clerk will terminate this case.
